2025 Annual Meeting

Please join us on October 29 for our 45th annual meeting. The meeting will start at 6:30 PM. Location is the MPD’s west office on McKenna Blvd. We’ll discuss last fiscal year financial results. Our fiscal year 24 - 25 ended on June 30. We are in very good shape! We’ll have an open Q&A session if you have any questions or concerns. The positions of PRHA’s treasurer and secretary are currently vacant. If you’re interested in joining the Board of Directors please let us know . We’ll discuss last year's events and plans for our ongoing success. We welcome all comments from our members. Please spread the word to your neighbors and friends. We look forward to seeing on the 29th!

2024 Annual Meeting

THE ANNUAL MEETING of PRHA property owners will be held on Wednesday October 30, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Madison Police station on Mc Kenna Blvd. Various issues will be discussed and the Board of Directors will be happy to answer your questions. All property owners and residents are welcome.

2023 Annual Meeting

The PHA Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the Madison West Police Building Community Room on McKenna Blvd (next to the fire station) at 6:30 PM. Members in good standing are invited. Agenda and other info will be available.

Safety Rating

Madison Police Department under Chief Barnes relies on data analysis for statistics, such as calls for service and police intervention in public affairs as necessary. Recently, the department rated various neighborhoods on factors most important to them. PRHA was rated one of the city’s safest neighborhoods. We should all take great pride in achieving this rating.
